What Happens If I'm Not Satisfied
with the Floor Sanding Results?

How We Ensure a "No-Surprise" Finish

To prevent dissatisfaction before it happens, we implement several checkpoints:

On-Site Sampling

Before any finish is applied, we can apply samples of stains or lacquers directly to your sanded floor. This allows you to see the true colour and sheen under your own lighting conditions.

The Mid-Project Walkthrough

We encourage clients to inspect the floor after the final sanding stage but before the first coat of sealant. This is the time to identify any texture concerns or gaps that need additional attention.

The Final Handover

Once the floor is cured, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every corner meets our high standards.

Corrective Actions

If an issue arises after the project, such as a blemish in the finish or an overlooked scratch, our workmanship guarantee means we will promptly return to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to leave you with a floor you are proud to show off.
